Our Process
1. Submit a Design Service Request
The initial request helps us determine if our company is a good match for your business needs. If so, we will respond via email to set up an introductory call.
2. Our Team Sends the Official Proposal
After spending the day getting to know you and your brand we send an official proposal. The proposal will layout the timeline, design options, and remaining fee. 50% of the Brand Assessment fee will be deducted from the total investment.
3. You Sign the Contract
We will send you the official contract for the agreed-upon design services via your COVA Client Portal. Once signatures are received, we will begin working immediately.
4. We Design your Brand
Our design team begins crafting your brand identity and executing on your desired needs. We work closely with you throughout this process. At the end we will complete a brand debrief upon the final delivery of your designs.
